    Hi/Lo workout

    I love Cathe's hi/lo segment on Maximum Intensity Cardio. I would love to see a 60 minute pure floor aerobic workout that builds into combos with blasts after each combo. Then a finsiher combining all the combos.

    Squat rack option only

    Cathe, I have the STS w/o squat rack option because I did not own one. Well, thanks to STS (twice through) I can lift heavier resulting in the need for a squat rack, which I ultimately purchased. Would you considering having a purchase option for the squat rack discs only as add-ons? :D
