    Lower Body Blast -I have a 4 letter word 4 U

    Fooled Me! I did Lower Body Blast for the first time on Friday and foolishly thought, "hey, not too hard, really." Then, for the next 3 days, my legs were so sore I was eating my words. That'll teach me to doubt Cathe! Lots of fun and clearly, quite a workout.

    HiiT Parade

    I did the warm up and cardio of 40/20, followed by the cardio of Double Wave Pyramid and 30/30 this morning. It was crazy- crazy hard and crazy fun! A great way to start the week!

    Body Max 2 - whoa!

    Body Max I did the original on Saturday-it's an oldie but a killer. The cardio portion is easy to follow but tough to do and the weights are fun and go by pretty quickly. I love BM2, also, but do a lot of the pre-mixes and Cardio Fusion, so I picked BM1 for a change up. Love them both!

    Terminator DVD

    I love it! The Terminator is my favorite and most used Cathe DVD. The Viper is one of the toughest, and longest, workouts I own and I love using it for a hard day. The other two workouts are also lots of fun and have great variety.
