    STS and weight loss

    Hi, I am planning on getting this soon. I was wondering if anyone had a significant (30 lbs or more) weight loss. I understand that diet has a lot of influence on weight loss also.

    couple of questions

    This may have been answered before but I didn't see it anywhere. How long (on average) is each workout/disc? Also, I haven't been working out as much as before, is this too advanced and should I start back with just the regular workouts or would this be good too? Shalom

    I have been using a couple of Cathe's videos (basic step, body fusion, and the Pure Strength). Those are the only ones I have.
