Hi, just to report that I've tried this fix on Vista 32 bit and it appears to have worked!
My other problem of not being able to import all 3 STS Total Body workouts has also been fixed.
Thanks so much! Can't wait to play around with the new workouts.
Hi, yes, I did this; I had thought of that.
So, you were able to import all three files and the WB recognised them as three separate files?
That's really strange.
Any ideas what might be happening?
Thanks.
The WB does not appear to recognise the two add-ons as separate files. For example, I uploaded the Back Compound file; however, it now won't recognise or import the Chest and Shoulders one. The message I get it 'You have already uploaded this file!' and so the WB seems to think they are the same...
Hi, it's the 32 bit version of Vista, as confirmed ont he other thread (apologies for duplicating information).
It appears to be High Reps Chapters 4 and 19 that make the WB crash.
Thanks
Suzanne
An update: the problem appears to be High Reps: the earlier chapters are making it crash s well, when I try and drag and drop them. I'll update in a minute.
ETA: dragging and dropping Chapter 4 makes it crash.
Hi, thanks for the reply. It's Vista and I'm not sure about the 64 bit aspect but if you could tell me where to look on my computer please I'll let you know.
Just to clarify: it's when one tries to import chapter 19 from High Reps into a blend; it causes the whole WB to crash (I hope that...
Hi Curt,
Yes, it's the latest versions of the new workouts (downloaded this weekend).
My system is Vista. (I'm not sure what the 64 or 32 bit means but if you let me know where to look, I can tell you).
LIC is still not working (I did download this again).
Thanks!
Thanks for the updated Blender.
Two problems I have spotted so far:
1. Trying to move chapter 19 of High Reps into a blend makes the whole WB crash; and
2. Scrolling backwards through a draft mix of the new workouts also seems to make the blender crash (at the time I was scrolling on STS...

Hi everyone,
I've just completed week 1 of STS and I'm really enjoying it.
I'm wondering however if it is the best approach to lose the last 15 pounds of baby fat? I'm 4 months post-partum.
I do low-impact cardio on non-STS days and I have to admit that I don't do all of STS legs due...
I got a ParcelForce letter today- customs is £35.08 (why more than the other UK posters, I don't know! A London surcharge, I guess, lol)
Anyway, I'm just relieved that they will be here tomorrow.
Hope everyone gets theirs soon!
x
Hi there,
Thanks- ordered mine in Feb '08 so hopefully they will be here tomorrow!
No customs...wow! I saw on the other thread that some have been charged £34...I was expecting it to be more, to be honest.
Oh, wonderful! So pleased for you. Enjoy! I'm sure you'll love it.
I'm hoping mine will arrive tomorrow.
Anyone else get theirs?
ETA- do you mind me asking when you ordered? Thanks! :)
Hi there, haven't received mine yet- ordered in Feb. 2008.
I originally asked for UPS but I guess they switched it to USPS to save costs? Did this happen to anyone else?
It's so frustrating waiting!
It would be great if anyone in the UK could post when they receive theirs.
Good...

Hi there, thanks for the KPC suggesting, it's one of my favourites!
I was thinking about what you posted and I think a lot of the barbell wokr could be done with dumbbells so that gets rid of one bit of equipment (I never go that heavy so it's no real loss.)
Kickmax is now on the list...
