    Yes the shorter STS is actually fun! I'm feeling a bit firmer so we'll see what comes of it. That's good to listen to your body and back off the high impact. I think it can create inflammation in the body if we don't take a break... and maybe that's why your body responded the way it did...

    Has Anyone Modified STS and only done 2 Workouts per week?

    I'm thinking you really need to hit 1 body part per week to get results... I just posted a thread about shortening the STS workouts... I'm wondering about the results from that. I may just try it and see what happens! lol
