I just got mine yesterday but I haven't had the chance to try it yet or review the DVDs. Before ordering it I went to a website called fitnessreviews.com (I think). It got excellent reviews there. It was kind of expensive but I have usually found that whenever an infomercial product is not cheap...

I just saw an infomercial on a product called Fluidity. Has anyone else seen this or better yet have this product. The workouts are ballet inspired and it comes with a ballet barr (not cheap).

I have always heard that this is a good thing. It means that your lymphnodes are getting rid of toxins. Mine sometimes runs a little but not as much as I would like.:+
