    52 Year Old Body

    I'm also 52 with a partial knee replacement. I just started doing Cathe DVDs and so far only own Muscle Max which I like. I usually lift about half of what Cathe says she's doing. Most of her DVDs that I have seen are pretty dancy which I don't enjoy so I just ordered her new beginner...
