    Cathe, I have been told by a Physical Therapist that my pecs are too tight and given some specific stretches to perform. I was advised to avoid too much chest work and to focus more on back. Do you recommend that I skip the chest on STS or just decrease reps or 1RM percentage? Any advice...

    I must admit that I was very pleased to see how may 40 and 50 year olds are using Cathe's tapes! I just turned 50 in April, and keep wondering if I am crazy to push myself doing these tapes, but I love them and feel I get the best possible workout. I must admit that at times I push too hard...
