    Which to buy first?

I bought basic step & body fusion but haven't received it yet. I've heard good things and I'm looking forward to trying it out. As I understand it, it's a great workout for someone who is new to Cathe. I also use the FIRM and they use a 14" step in most of their workouts. --Maureen

    Which to buy first?

I actually don't know the length of the one that I bought. I went to the Power Systems web site that Cathe lists under the buyer's guide for steps, balls & mats. The equipment was reasonably priced, but the shipping is almost as much as the equipment itself. --Maureen

I am trying to decide between three different workouts for my first Cathe purchase and need some help deciding. I consider myself an intermediate exerciser and so don't want to choose something that I will master too quickly but also don't want to get something that will be so hard that I will...

I tried to post this message earlier but it never showed up :-( If it ends up posting twice - I apologize but I guess I'm impatient LOL. I need help deciding between three Cathe videos for my first purchase. I consider myself an intermediate exerciser who would like to become more...
