Cathe, I used to be in great shape, probably almost to where you are, but I'm on Meds now and I just started my workout again after almost a year, needless to say I've gained fat. My idea was 5 days cardio (how long?) and 3 days strength training with weights. should I do full body 3 x's a week...

I just got my Ryka Enlight II's and I love them, but I think I need insoles. I'm flat footed and I'm getting arch pain in my right foot and a little bit of "slidage", what is a good brand of insoles? I don't mind if they make the shoe a little smaller. Thanks, Jenni

Cathe, I desperately need to get myself a new pair of sneakers, I know that's why my feet and shins hurt now. I have no idea what type I am looking for. I do mostly step, kick boxing, and weight training....please help....cross trainers? what brand is good...
