    What a difference 2 inches makes!

    Get your minds out of the gutter, girls ;-) I did LowMax this morning with additional risers (8 inches instead of 6) and WOW it is SO much harder! Does anyone else find that it makes such a big difference or is it just because I'm so darned short (5'1")! My legs were fried afterward. Shonie

    Instructors -- need microphone advice please

    To the other instructors out there who use microphones... what is my problem? I have so much frustration with these things. I MUST be doing something wrong. So -- for a mic that requires a pack, do you guys use a belt? Or somehow clip it on? Over your clothes? Under your clothes...
