    Chapters and Pre-mixes

    So far I've been doing the DVDs in full or in full segments ( all legs, chest,etc) - and BTW LOVE them---and now want to do mix and match. How do I save a chapter and then save another one that might be out of sequence to design my own workout? Also. I have not fully checked out premixes...
