How do i activate the live feed so I can do the workouts? I don't see the player. I am subscribed to Live and On Demand. I have tried so many Thursdays.

On the Intensity DVD, I am seeing a "Muscle Endurance" premix on the workout manager but I do not see it on the DVD? I want to do the Boot Camp & Muscle Endurance Bonus workout. ????
