This IS a love!!!! I am so glad I rediscovered this. I'm marking it down as a great, fun, express-ish cardio workout. Loved it!! Would love to see another Live along the same lines too. (Fun music too!)

You might be right, but the end of new DVD releases in the future was a factor in my upgrading to full OnDemand when it was on sale. I thought it would be a smart move since everything would be digital. Now, I'm thinking I might have been smarter to wait! Until then I'm enjoying the Live...

Forgot to add how helpful the mental imagery of "closing the car door with your butt" was on dead-lift variation (single leg dead lift, if I"m remembering correctly). That really worked! Great translatable instruction! Thanks!!

Hi there! I forgot about this thread. Nice to see an old discussion revived. :) I do still take creatine. I stopped the BCAAs and the EAs and just do creatine now. Too many benefits no to (IMO), but I admit lately I haven't been as consistent as I had been. I appreciate the recovery aid...

I agree! Great workout! I couldn't seem to get the volume to go as high on this Live though. I had my computer and the live stream's volume up, but it seemed to have less volume. Just me?

This was a tough one!! For anyone looking for a quick, intense workout, the leg work is the first 30 min and can easily stand alone.
