Hi Candy. :) I have "Get Ripped" also and really like it, though I consider it intermediate next to Cathe's stuff. I ordered "Slim and Lean" from Collage and should get it in a few days so I'll let you know what I think! :) I've heard it's a few notches up from "Ripped" in intensity...people...

Those are gorgeous pictures, Jane. :) It's so wild...my friend and her daughter just got back from a tour of Italy...not sure exactly when you were there, but you may have crossed paths! They were there about 2 weeks and got back around March 29. :)

Susan, I agree with you about Elliot...don't know how I forgot about him! He also has one of the best voices! LOL about the "Ace love" for one night! :) I agree Taylor is really cool too. :) You're right, it should be interesting seeing them tackle Queen! :)

Hi Cathe...hope you're healing nicely and taking it easy! :) I've got a question for you...I've read when you work out hard (6-7 times a week) new shoes are a must every 3-4 months...and with the proper inserts it can be stretched to every 7 or 8 months...is this true? I have noticed my feet...
