I have a set of 18# dumbbells and am so glad that I do. Unfortunately I've had them for a couple of years and don't remember where I got them, but I did order them online. They are green and neoprene covered.
I came here looking just for this very topic! I <3 the classics and would snap up a download version or dvd version of Mega Step Blast, the Wedding Video and any of the step n motions. Perhaps a classics volume 2?
There were a few gems in the bunch but I found the choreography to be so boring in most of them. I personally thought Amy Bento's was the most creative and intense, and am sure Cathe could bring that same kind of creativity and intensity to the rebounder.
Steady state step would be great. There's not nearly enough advanced all step workouts out there these days....I have been missing it so much that I've been on a vintage Cathe kick! Step Fit, Step Jam, Step Heat and Step Max have all been on my workout agenda recently.
Now if I could only...
There was a TON of anticipation and excitement for the recently released Extreme Urban Rebounding series over at VF. There were 30 page plus threads talking about this series.
But the excitement quickly deflated after getting the set. There was so much potential there but the set was kind...
In the workouts I have, I can match or exceed (e.g. PUB) what Cathe & crew lift. BUT - I can only do a few big girl push ups till I have to drop to my knees, talk about WIMPY lol! And I've been exercising with Cathe for 8 years! I have often wondered if I will ever be able to pump out the push...
How the heck do you work out on such a small screen, esp for cardio? I love the idea, but I like to watch the crew when I'm working out and although I can completely see taking a downloaded strength workout to the gym with you, what about step routines and such?
I'm a weee bit behind the...
awww no Cedie! :*(
She will surely be missed by many. As will Rhonda. I still hold out hope that she will make it back into a step workout one day, I just love her enthusiasm and constant smiles and expressions.
Not Cathe so I'm not sure what she'd recommend, but I have the transitions, so I might be able to give you some info on them. I work out on a thin Asian style rug with no padding below, over tile. The surface of the rug is smooth with a short pile. The bottom of the transitions do not have deep...
Ha! I didn't know that was a New England thing!!! I definitely would have followed your directions without a second thought LOL. We like to make up our own words up here...bubbler, packie, statie, pissa, etc, why not phrases too!
Boston! Pretty please!!!
Wow, lots of us in this area Cathe :D We'll even take you on a duck tour and say "pahk the cah in Hahvahd yahd" as many times as you want even though that normally irritates the locals LOL
Not that I don't love watching the regular crew, but how fun would it be to have an old crew reunion? Imagine popping in the latest Cathe dvd and seeing Hope, Rhonda, Lisa, etc in the workouts, how cool would that be!?
If your provider's office is owned by a health care system of some sort, they are often held to productivity standards as if they were factory workers. In the health system I worked for last, the average provider in my system had 35 patients to see per day on his or her schedule. That does not...
I love Amy! I bought ASC1 way back when it originally came out and I use it quite a bit. The choreography in that one took me forever to master so years (literally lol) later, I just bought ASC3 and am working on mastering ASC3's choreography now :) I really like All Pump Extreme, but there...
No worries Cathe, we're all glad you're here and really excited about the new series. Can you tell us how many DVDs will be in this series and whether they are cardio, strength or circuits? Thank you!!
Another member of the Ya Ya swaps here! I LOVE that site. I have bought and sold so many things there over the years....a good portion of my dvd collection is from there.
For equipment, you may want to check craigslist. I just bought an Urban Rebounder in perfect condition for $30 last week!
