When do you steal time to work out?

I steal time to workout WHENEVER POSSIBLE! I homeschool my kids, work part time, and run them to their sports activities 4 nights a week! Things get hectic. If the weather is going to be bad in the evenings so I can't walk while their doing their sports, I'll try to get a workout in at home...

What to do about knee pain?

Since you did include "members" in your request, I'll chime in. :-) Maybe give it another week, and take anti-inflammatories. If you are still having pain, get an MRI if you can. Your doc might want to first tell you to "stay off of it for a month (or more)," use ice, use ibuprofen...

What are you reading right now?

I looked that up on Amazon. I should get it. I was born in '67, and the Vietnam war is the most intriguing to me.

To be honest, I think that is the hardy nature of the Fuji apple. Also, and I'm sure you know this, frozen fruit can be almost as nutritious as fresh.

I'm not sure why you'd have to subscribe to that mag just for another "special edition" that talks about clean eating. Clean eating is simple. Whole foods. No processed junk, no refined sugars. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains (no white pasta, white rice, white bread), beans, legumes...
