    I'd have to agree with those who say that thearapist don't always help. In my case they just make things worse. I had an ED too. Honesly, I think it's very rare that they are 100% cured.. meaning that you NEVER even THINK about them. In my case wht helped the most is to focus on other things...

    I'm startig a colon cleanse next week to hopefully cre y stomach problems...this requires to eat very little. For the 1st 3 weeks you eat only 2 meals (mostly fruits and vegies) and on the last week (4th week) you don't eat anything at all. I'll probably loose weight on this (wich is good)...
