    Sit and Stands, how high of a seat?

    Funny I found this thread! Just this a.m. during my workout, I was using a 14" step (I'm 5'7") and I really felt it in my knee. I was afraid to keep going because I didn't want to permanently injure my knees. I'll be using something higher in the future!

    I tried so hard to keep up with his fast pace and I also hurt my back. When I do it now (not too often)I make sure that I don't kick as high and I really baby my back by not over twisting on some of the punches/kicks. Be careful!!!!

    I think you got some great advice about alternating Cathe with a gym day. You could also possibly walk on a treadmill or stepper while at the gym and lift at home. Keep thinking - you'll figure out a way to make it work!

    Cramps while doing cardio

    I have trouble with this when I've eaten a lot of gassy foods. Also, some foods also seem to sit in your stomach for a long time. I know when I eat pancakes (even 2 hours) before I jog, I have more trouble. I think you're best to eat a light meal.

    Weight Training Question

    What I do is take a longer rest between sets. I pause the VCR and stretch and walk around until I'm ready to go again. I try to limit the break to about 20 seconds, butI feel much better prepared to tackle the next set! Just a suggestion, take it or leave it! ;-)
