    Leaner Legs question

    If you have never done leg work before, I would suggest doing LL without weights(so you can walk the next day). You will definitely still get a killer workout. If you are not especially sore the next day then I would add the weights the next workout. Good Luck!

    C&W is an easier version of Circuit Max. There are not as many circuits but I still love it. Imax 2 is definitely easier than Imax1 but it is so much fun! These are all such great workouts. Hope this helps!

    I will only have bad calf pain if I do a particularly intense cardio(like Imax or MIC) if I have been doing light cardio for a week or if I was sick for a week and did one of these.
