Punka I am not following the rotation either. I too am trying to get 30 minutes of exercise in a day. But I have noticed that I am getting in better shape. I did another video today and it was a snap!
Thanks ladies. I was freaking out for a second but my body seems to be beggining to adjust slowly. Maybe it was yesterdays run. I am going to try out supercuts tonight! Eating is going well and the water consumption is getting better!

I did yoga and xtrains 22 minute HIIT. I try to plan my meals in advance but I want to get better to avoid eating all that junk at work. Now I have to work on that gallon of water a day.
Hey girls...I am doing meal prep today! I can't decide on HIIT today or a run. But whatever it is I will be doing some yoga I am sooo sore today. Will check back in later.
Stacy as I sit here with sore legs, butt, back, arms, shoulders....I have to say....I love it!! Some of the moves are challenging but I just modify until I am stronger. Like you said progress is key.

Legs and today was bia and tris. I am really liking x train. I am just doing the time savers now because I just came off a knee injury and I am still a Cathe novice but I am hanging in there. I would like to lose 5 lbs this month.
