    I just watched 10 minutes of this infomercial, all I can say is..to each his/her own, but this doesn't look safe to me at all, this looks more like voluntary torture. I mean, there are times I test myself, but there are limits as to how far I'll go..this is way too far, I was shocked watching this.

    Confessing before I even go there!

    Ohhh, live it up!!! 2 weekends ago, I was drenched in BBQ sauce from a day long festival of BBQ and Blues, followed by a few pints at an air-conditioned bar. I was back working out Monday.

    Gym Styles - What else do you do when you use them in a given week

    Whenever I use GS or S/H, I use them exclusively, and only for 3 weeks at a time, max. I am currently doing a month-long rotation of Muscle Max 3x a week, cardio 3x a week, this works well for me because I can give both weights and cardio equal attention.

    What Are You Digging Right Now?

    It's less than 2 weeks until NFL training camps open. The Phillies have won 10 of 11. Springsteen is coming to the Spectrum, will be digging this more if I can somehow snag tickets. As always, digging working out with the best in the fitness world!!

    is coffee bad for you?

    I don't drink coffee until I've had my workout. I don't drink coffee after 6pm. Those are my only rules as far as consumption goes.
