    Favorite StretchMax segment

    My favorite segment is the band work, followed by the floor. I never do the ball segment because for some reason, even though I don't have a problem balancing on the ball, I find it difficult to get deep into the stretch when I'm using it.

    I may be in the minority but I don't like her music. I can't change the station fast enough when I see her name come up on my satellite radio. Wasn't she just diagnosed w/ early stage emphysema? If she lives to be 30 it will be a miracle.
