im okay thanks for asking working out and helping my fatherinlaw work his leg he had a knee cap replacement try to move his leg for him when hes too tired has been a workout for my arms a arms are tight
yes ii do full body workouts and seen verygood results but maybe in the future i might have to change they say your body becomes adapted to the same thing i might have to split my body parts in the future if i stop seeing results:D

Neutrogena Ultra Sheer™ Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF 70 is the only sunscreen that is not oily on me then i put a foundation on top of that that has no spf on top of that:-) got it from cvs for 9 dollars :D yes all sunscreens make my face look shiny too except this one and i tryed most of them
least favorite is the tummy seems like the tummy is the hardest to tone up my arms and leg tone up quick if i work them hard and long enough but the tummy is the last thing on my body to tone when im trying to get back in shape:D
