    hey sparrow! forgive if this sounds like a dumb ques. but in month 1 wks 1-4 you have p90x plus total body and p90x plus upper. Did you do one of cathe's workouts?

    BM2 just for the cardio?

    Here's my 2 cents...I love it! Esp. the upper body weight section. i think the max weight she uses is 15's. At first I was like that doesn't seem like a lot but it catches up to you quick, esp doing the double upper body premix.

    I don't have the personal trainer but the wii boxing sure is an awesome workout...had a pretty good sweat going!!!

    push pull/supersets

    i was looking through some of fitnessfreaks' rotations and noticed she has push pull and superset upper body premixes listed. I have PP and SS but only the fittv versions. Are these premixes just doing upper body 2x or something else....thanks for your help.

    Step blast is probably my favorite one. However I love doing anyone of the IMAXs if I want to kick it up a notch or two.(or five or six. lol)

    Circuit training for cardio in STS

    I do circuit training w/o every week while doing STS, I just keep the weight on that day a little lighter than usual esp now that I'm in meso 3.

    I'm confused as to which calorie total is my calories burned for the day. Is it the one next to the target calories or the amount above the graph when you click on the drop down arrow, because that total is always lower than the other.

    calorie comsumption

    I just got my GWF yesterday and when I entered all my info about age, gender, exercise, etc. it told me my total calorie intake should be around 2100! I have trouble eating 1700-1800 cal. let alone 2100. I don't feel that hungry. However, I start meso 3 tomorrow so I maybe since this is more...
