    No I don't eat anything, I have acid reflux, I would be barfing within 10 mns whether its cardio or weights. I have no problems having plenty of energy (even doing STS) I try make sure I have a good quality breakfast afterwards though

    yeah this is a pet peeve of mine on a lot of fitness websites, they preach about not eating processed foods and in the same sentence promote protien powders! I think common sense works best. And yes I like some of Kashi products.

    Just finished this WO...it didn't feel all the bad while doing it..right now though I'm really starting to stiffen up and I can feel some DOMS settling in already! Now I can see why the long rest periods are necessary! I"m off for a hot shower and some Advil. I hope I can move tomorrow!!!!!

    Need to lose weight

    DIET is critical for losing weight no matter what workouts you're doing. Its sometimes common to lose a few pounds just by changing workouts up a bit, but to lose significant weight diet is key.

    difficulty doing cardio on off days

    I"m going heavy, I have a squat rack. STS is the only leg training DVD I have for going heavy on legs. When I use Gym Style legs I use the squat rack and go at a slower speed than Cathe so I can go heavier.
