    I see a nurse practitioner who specializes in women's health. She does my annual exams, refers for my mammos, treats my asthma, etc - one stop shopping. Check with your insurance because sometimes they won't cover blood work and other preventative stuff if done by an OB. good luck

    I'd recommend calling your health care provider - sometimes they have a stock of samples that s/he could give you until your Rx gets filled.

    IMO, the shorter cruises use older, more "run down" boats - esp to Mexico and it's very much a party atmosphere. You also don't get far enough away from CA to really experience the blue water and sandy beaches. If you only have a few days, I think you'd be better off looking into a resort...

    Yes, there were sessions that were painful.... I seem to recall the ab area and buttock/hip area as the worst. The theory being that's where I "hold the tension". I did notice the best improvements in those areas so I guess it's worth the pain!

    Is it easy enough to sub dumbbells for barbell work?

    Me too - I just don't want to take up the space with a barbell and various plates so I just use dumb bells. Just be prepared that setting higher weight db's on your shoulders is not comfortable - but for me it's a trade off I can live with!
