    CTX anyone still doing them ?

    Hi Laura! I checked out your pictures! Great job! I really enjoy Body Max 2 's cardio section. I like to do either the warmup and the first 2 cardio segments, or the warmup and the 2nd and 3rd cardio segments. Either way it makes for an approximately 35 minute workout.

    Yes, the kick, lunge, lunge, turn back... It does feel really fast. I noticed that in the video Cedie does not lunge very deeply. So I decided to do it her way and it is easier to keep the pace. I will save the lower lunges for lower body workouts.

    New to Cathe. Can I use Firm TransFirmer for step?

    I noticed that the Step sold on cathe.com is 40" long. My TransFirmer is 30" long. This will obviously make a difference in the workouts. Anyone else using a shorter step for Cathe and having problems or success?
