Has anyone tried Aquabells (plastic dumbells that you fill with water) to maintain their exercise regime during periods of travel? They sound like a good idea, but I am hoping to get some practical feedback.
I am in the same boat as you guys. I have a 2yo daughter and would like a second child. My periods stopped after going off the pill and I needed Clomid to get pregnant the first time. This time around Clomid hasn't worked and it is because my oestregen levels are too low. My specialist...

Which rotation are you referring to? I am just another Cathe fan myself so I am not the expert! You may be better to post this question on the Ask Cathe forum. Otherwise I can really only offer you my opinion.
In relation to walking lunges, here is a cut & paste of something...

Hi Cathy
As you will see in the preamble to the ratings, everyone was asked to rate each workout on a scale of 1-10 based on how intense they found each workout. I averaged all of the results.
Some people use heart rate monitors and I guess their responses would be based on...
For those advanced exercisers out there, what would you recommend out of HSCh, HScircuit, Kick Max, CTX or Circuit Max/Cardio Kicks.
I am looking for high intensity but low impact and a fun element! I don't have a high step, but I am assuming I can use my reebok step for the HS workouts...
Can you please suggest some other fun and challenging workouts for my next purchase.
I already have:
Gym Styles, Muscle Max, Core Max
Pure Strength
S&H
Boot Camp/ME
Cardio Hits
MIC
All Imaxes
Low Max
KPC
SJP/Step Blast
Pyramids
Thanks

Hi Cristina
Whilst I don't own the workouts you are referring to, I believe they are of a similar intensity to the ones you have already. Cathe released these workouts for the beginner/intermediate exerciser. The ultimate guide to Cathes workouts focusses on her other workouts...
Thanks for that detailed information. You really have worked hard. I tried the elliptical at the gym today with a much greater focus on my arms than usual and it was great. It always helps to know what other people do!

How much cardio do you do? My concern with doing cardio than 4 times per week (1hr at a time) is that I only weigh 90 pounds (I am 5 ft 2") and I shouldn't really lose more weight.
Michelle
I do cardio 4 times per week for an hour high intensity including Step and cardio at the Gym, so I don't know that that is my issue, but thanks for raising it.

Hi Cathe
I am wondering how you achieve such great definition in your upper arms. I have tried all combinations of lighter weight/endurance, slow&heavy, split workouts etc to no avail. My arms just look thicker not necessarily more defined.
Michelle
IMO S&H is better for upper body. I personally find Pure Strength too fast and therefore you are limited with the weight you can lift -Slow&Heavy is quite the opposite and provides better muscle development.
