I recently got a recommendation to try a Marcus Irwin step video. I went to his website and it seems that his videos are targeted for instructors. Do they still offer a workout or do they just teach moves??

I recently read that low-fat milk is considered a processed food and if you follow a whole foods kind of diet that you should drink whole milk. Has anyone heard this???
