    Hi Yes, I think Low Impact Circuit is your next step. You can also try Classic Vol.1(3 workouts) or Cathe's older workouts(Cardio hits also 3 workouts) they are not that crazy.:eek: ;) 5 years ago I started with those. Timea

    I love Imax 1, Imax 2 and Imax3. I vote for Imax 2 (love the music and the blasts). If you are looking for weight workouts they are all great. I also love Kick, Punch & Crunch, Step Blast, Step, Jump & Pump, Body Max 2, The Terminator,.....all of them :p Timea

    4 day split kb and bc

    I just did Kick, Punch & Crunch and 4DS Bootcamp and Kickbox cardio only. I loved it. :D I don't like to mix cardio and weights. I usually do all 4 cardios, or just the HIS-LIS cardio or bootcamp-kickbox cardio just like today (this is my favorite). Timea:)

    Hello Just cardio won't help you lose weight. Try heavy weight training. You have to do weight training if you want to lose weight. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn.;) It worked for me. And of course cardio on cardio days. Do different cardio workouts, kickbox, bootcamp, run...
