    Should I get Cardio Hits?

    If you like straight step, then Cardio Hits is definitely worth purchasing. I use this one a lot. It is also a good one to use to build your own mishmoshes. A lot of people really like PowerMax, but for me Step Fit is my favorite. I just love that last combo. Hope this helps.

    katia, I am wondering how many risers you are using on your step. If you are using at least a 6" step, try going for so long at 6" then lowering the step to 4, the doing some of it on the floor. It will come, just hang in there!

    Step, jump & pump or............

    These are two of favorite workouts. Fun music and choreography in both. Overall I would say that they are about the same. SJP has harder weights, but C&W has tougher cardio. I don't think either workout is super hard though. Very doable.

    Anyone else under-estimate Low Max?

    For some reason, I think this is the toughest. It just really gets me, and I have a very strong low body. I always do it on an 8inch, and that might be it, but WHEW! This one is a groaner for me.
