    STS total body..

    Today is the first day my legs aren't sore from doing STS Total Body FOUR days ago!!! I must've gone too light on the upper body weights, because I didn't really get any upper body DOMS. I'll make up for it next time! This is a great total body workout, and in an hour too. Woo!

    Post Thanksgiving Workouts?

    Today I did STS Total Body, upper only premix, and Intensity, both Hiit's w/ warmup and stretch. I was going to do Intensity yesterday (Thanksgiving) and all of STS Total Body today, but I ended up doing Lower Body Blast yesterday, so my legs needed a break.

    I just did the upper body premix of this (because I did Lower Body Blast yesterday) and I also have to say "WOW" - I can barely lift my arms to type! :D

    Lower Body Blast

    I realy love this workout! It might be my new favorite lower body workout, dethroning my beloved Butts & Guts. I like that there are new moves and old favorites, a fast pace, lots of variety, great music, and the cardio blasts are actually a nice "break" - or at least a change of pace...

    My "Intensity" moment

    This workout is INTENSE! At one point Cathe asks, "Are you ready for a blast?" and I thought I'd just done one! That was the moment I knew why it was called Intensity. :eek: Can't wait to try Lower Body Blast today.
