    I remember reading somewhere on the forum that they are out of stock of the towers right now. If you ask about it in the Ask Cathe forum, you'll probably get an answer from SNM or Cathe about when they'll be back in stock, how much they cost, etc.

    Active Recovery Week

    I'm only on Week 2 but I've been thinking about my first active recovery week... I'll probably make it a point to take my dog on longer walks, and do yoga dvd's that have been gathering dust since I discovered Cathe a year ago.

    Ditto on the band recommendation. In fact, I have a pull-up bar but I'm thinking of switching to a band, because I can't do any pull-ups so I've been doing "assisted" pull-ups and chin-ups and I'm not sure how effective they are. LOVING STS though! I'm on Week 2, Meso 1. :)

    Now that I'm into my 2nd week of STS, I just wanted to bump this thread to say, STS leg DOMS are the most intense I've ever had! I did my first STS leg workout last Friday.     STS - Push Ups

    I just finished Week 1 of STS. I wouldn't worry about repeating it because of not keeping up with the push ups. The only reason I completed all the reps is that I did them ALL on my knees, and even then, I was really struggling to finish the last few push ups. We'll get stronger!

    Yep, sugar withdrawals. They'll go away if you hang in there! And about your second question, I do premixes all the time. No guilt! 30 or 40 minutes of good cardio is nothing to feel bad about!

    Haha, you modify to make it harder, I modify to make it easier so I can finish the whole workout! I hope that someday I can be more like you! My modifications are what you'd expect - going low impact from high impact, decreasing reps.
