    Meal & Rotation Check-in

    Tonight I will do Low Impact Circuit :) Last night my knees were bothering me for some reason. I had to ice my knees and take ibuprofen. I did Low Max for the very first time and it bothered my knees a bit... maybe too many lunges!

    Actually I'm on the same boat, I want to lose FAT and tone. I'm not overweight at all but I could lose 5 pound of fat/cellulite. I just posted a modified February rotation using the Turbo jams and including some yoga (once a week).... Hopelly someone can check it out and give me some advise!

    BODY MAX 2.... hands down the BEST of the latest series IMO :) Love the music, the step routine, the upper body work and abs... love it love it :)
