    I've suggested this a couple of times. I ordered the first Cathe calendar which was nice but not enough room to write down all I want to. Right now, I use a Day Timer with 2 pages per day. Left side is appointments, to do list; right side I write down all my workout/nutrition notes. Marcy

    Do I need Circuit Max and Cardio Kicks?

    No, it doesn't have any leg conditioning drills. I know, they're killer! Cardio Kicks does have some hi/lo, but not a lot. It's mostly kickboxing combos and drills, jumping jacks, jump ropes, speedbag arms with kicks. HTH. Marcy
