today was 4DS legs only premix and I added chins and pullups.
I'm not sure if I am going to do this again next week, do a week of endurance, or go right to PS. Not sure what to do. Since I am doing 4DS again in August because of my crazy schedule, I think I may move on next week.

bb squats: 50# (up 5#)
deadlifts: 30# (same)
5 neg. pullups
round 2:
plie squats: 40# (same)
leg press: 35#bb (up 5#)

round 3:
low plane lunges: 17.5# (up 1.25#)
leg press/outer thigh lift: ankle wieghts 2.5#. 20# weight (same)
5 neg. pull ups
round 4:
seated outer thigh: band
BB squats: 55# (up 5#)
4 1/2 chins (hard to get the last one in!!!)
calves:
used 17.5# for weighted calf work - up 1.25#

Marcy~ How was your workout today? Its great you found a dance class in Ga. that you like. Do you think I should do a week of endurance, or just move onto PS? I think I am going to look into a cheap weight bench. I really need the thingys for the bench press (that hold your bar), because my DH won't always be around to help!:)

DS11 is sick today, he is upset he is missing camp so I am going to see about signing him up for some more days. He is getting comm. service hours, so thats good.

Have you seen the blog? I still think we will be getting STS in late Sept. but I'm happpy about the updates. I hope I can navigate the new website!LOL!!

Good Morning from Florida!
I found a computer at the hotel, so thought I would quickly post.

DH and I went to the gym with ds this morning and I did a hodge podge of mostly upper body workout with free weights for 1 hour. It was fun to workout with them. While ds works today, DH and I are going shopping and then the beach.:) :) :)

Good Morning!

My morning's been completely screwed up. I had trouble sleeping last night so I got up late. Then the people came to build our shed in the backyard. By that time, I just wasn't in the mood to work out. I still want to get to shoulders and bis today and legs and abs tomorrow. Our furniture is coming tomorrow between 11 and 2.

I applied for a few more jobs. One of the headhunters had something part time but in the evenings 6-9 M-F which means no benefits. I don't know if I even want to bother going for the interview. She says the law firms just keep laying off people. She said in a good market, I'd have had about 12 offers already.

Deanie - I think you can go straight to PS. When you're done with PS, I would do a week or two of endurance.

Gin - Happy shopping and hope you get a great tan!

Gin~ Good to hear from you! Its sounds like you are having a nice time, working out and shopping and spending time with the "men";-) what could be bad??? ***LOL***

Marcy~ What a bummer about the market! What happened with the resume your friend was going to give her friend? Hopefully the right job will be just around the corner for you!! About the rotation advice- I will go right to PS. Sometimes I over think things and make them more difficult! Thanks for setting me straight!:7 I don't want to lose any gains with the chins/pullups, so I will still do them with the leg day and the biceps day.

Hi Again!

Deanie - The friend forwarded the resume and then they directed me to apply online. I did wind up with an interview on Tuesday. Nothing great, but at least it might be something until the right job comes along.

Someone contacted one of my references (a friend from old job) and she gave me a great reference so maybe something else might happen.

Our barn/shed is just about finished. Now DH has to paint it.

I guess my workout is going to have to be later on this evening.
