    Lowmax - What's missing from Fit TV version?

    Gosh, I've actually watched it on FitTV, but I can't remember exactly which intervals are missing. It's at least two or three of them since the DVD workout is 68 min. long, FitTV condenses it down to approx. 45 min. I love the workout, I'd second the purchasing it idea! :)

    Jean, If you have a place that will fit your feet, like a Runtek or Fitting Stool, etc., I would recommend that first. I'm amazed what a difference shoes can make in preventing injury in particular. (Happened to me recently) Currently, I use a New Balance with the highest motion control...

    Strengthening my lower back...

    Can anyone suggest some good exercises to focus on strenghtening my lower back muscles? Also some good stretching exercises to increase flexibility in that area would be very helpful. Thanks!

    New exercise vidoes.......ugh!!!!

    The only people I can think of that would purchase these type of workouts are men (and obviously not to workout with them!) and maybe young girls who want to look like that. I can't imagine women who are overweight and trying to get in shape purchasing them or women who are already in shape...

    Gayle- Thanks for the insights. I will listen to my body and see how I feel. I just thought "easy" cardio and Cathe didn't go together. ;-) Right now, just running 3 miles I feel I can do more on my x-train days, but I know I will have to decrease the intensity as the mileage goes up...
