    Do you typically gain weight in the winter?

    I stay the same weight all year round, no matter what I eat. As long as I exercise, I never gain. However, I eat pretty healthy. After having kids, I've been the same weight for 8 years.

    Those hover squats kill my back. I absolutely hate them. I think my form is right, my back doesn't like them, especially when she does the lowend version. I can do about 2-3 sets and thats it! I feel it in my quads and butt, but more so in the back.:(

    With all the Scorpians, tarantula's, Black Widows, Gila Monsters, and snakes out here in AZ, I'll take a little ole house spider any day. My Dh has killed 3 tarantulas and a black widow in our back yard! Thank god I didn't see them. If I see a scorpian, I'm outta here!
