Morning BB's,
Today will be GS Legs Premix #1, MIC Hi/Lo only. Yesterday I increased the weights to 15 lbs. on the three sets of dumbbell chest presses. Even after all 72 of those push-ups on my toes. Of course I took longer breaks between those push-ups than Cathe does. }( Have some good DOMS in the chest area today. This is my last week doing the GS series, the next 4 weeks will be the PS series in a 4 day split. GS was great and gave me some good definition. Going to see how the PS series does. I only have one more day with 72 push-ups.
I'm looking forward to the get together. All of you are the only ones that I can talk about exercise with, that don't think I'm an exercise fanatic.
