Morning BB's,

Today will be GS Legs Premix #1, MIC Hi/Lo only. Yesterday I increased the weights to 15 lbs. on the three sets of dumbbell chest presses. Even after all 72 of those push-ups on my toes. Of course I took longer breaks between those push-ups than Cathe does. }( Have some good DOMS in the chest area today. This is my last week doing the GS series, the next 4 weeks will be the PS series in a 4 day split. GS was great and gave me some good definition. Going to see how the PS series does. I only have one more day with 72 push-ups.

I'm looking forward to the get together. All of you are the only ones that I can talk about exercise with, that don't think I'm an exercise fanatic. :D

Good morning,

Laurie, great work on your pushups and chest presses. That is so great that you got through all those pushups on your toes! I'm such a weakling when it comes to pushups. I'm in awe :) I'm also incorporating GS into my current rotation; in the last week or so I've done each (or a premix of each) twice. I'm going to do each twice this week, then do a week of straight cardio, then back to two weeks of slow and heavy. It's encouraging to hear that you've gotten good definition from GS. It's certainly challenging.

My class is canceled tonight (yay!) so I'm putting off my workout until after work. It stays dark so late in the morning now; it's harder and harder to get up early. Time changes this weekend though, right? Anyway, I'm thinking that I'll do a KPC/L&G premix, then one of the premixes from GS back, shoulders and biceps. If I'm feeling really ambitious, I may do the GS in its entirety... BSB seems to move more quickly than the other two do, for me at least.

Good morning Buff gals!

Laurie-I totally agree about nobody in my real life "getting" it with my exercise. Now of course, I took three months off and gained weight and didn't talk about it much. .....but now I'm back on track finally and am re-developing my obsession lol.

Ellen-pushups aren't my best thing either lol. Last year when I was in my best shape, I could do about 8 on my toes. that's it! Back to my knees now, and it's still hard.

Today is going to be Power Hour for me. I'm NOT looking forward to all those low ends! :( I doubt I'll be able to do them all, but I will do what I can.

A quick vet visit for Mace to get a kennel shot is all that's on my agenda, so I will definitely have time. My boss is on vacation this week, so getting my daily workouts in has been a bit easier. I only did about 30 minutes of step yesterday--my foot was hurting too bad and I had to stop. :(

Hi Everyone!

IMax 3 today. That's it!

Friends from WI coming in town tonight and SIL comes in Saturday. It sure will be nice to see people from home.

Wish there were pumkin farms out here. Not much of that kind of stuff going on. I was told a lot of pumpkins are really mushy too! Oh well!
Kids have a half day today so I will have to check out the pumpkin selection.

Today was a rest day, I did however have a health assessment done at my health club that I belong to. My BF was 20.3. I would like to get it down to about 18% so now I have a new goal: to decrease my body fat to 18% by spring. Wish me luck. Tomorrow it will be IMAX2 or LowMax step only then a spinning class in the late PM. See ya later.
