    Bruises After Heavy Weight Training

    I get them also. Sometimes I get little red or purple spots on my inner arm near my bicep. I always thought it was a broken blood vessel from lifting weight. It may be the same thing on my legs. I too never remember hitting or bumping into anything. Donna M

    I grind my flaxseed in a coffee grinder and sprinkle it on salads, cereal, and even in yogurt. It tastes like walnuts to me.

    You are funny! I have to disagree with you, though. I have a Shih-tzu and he is cute and lovable and loves to be carried around. We keep his hair short and he looks like a puppy even though he is 7. I would also recommend a maltese or bischon (sp?) Stay away from terriers. They bark too much...

    I would like the all upper body weight cycles with the step cardio just like you describe it. Since there are only 5 cycles, it would benefit us more if we stick to either upper or lower only and I vote for upper!!
