    Although I really would like to hear more details about the upcoming workouts, as I'm very excited by them, I hope the pre-sale doesn't start too soon. The whole package is likely to be very expensive and I will need time to save up for them.

    Is there any chance of the workouts being put on separate DVDs? I'm at the point where I don't want to pay for a two-workout DVD if I'm only interested in one of the workouts.

    RE: Give me a good intense step kickbox Oh, yes, I would love kickboxing on the step. It would be great, too, if you could choose higher impact moves that can be easily modified to lower impact (a person could choose to do propulsion or choose not to go airborne, etc.).
