    I second a time saver option. Also, how about an all floor work and ab option? One suggestion - if you have to cut out either a warmup or a stretch to make it shorter - please don't leave out the warmup.

    Ruth - I think arm strength does play a role. Also, I agree that anatomy has a lot to do with this pose. Also, try different foot placing - it is easier to do in half or full lotus but if you can't get into that pose, just do it they way they do it in the DVD.

    I use the WO Blender but would opt for more pre-mixes because you can get a blended workout with the chapter menu.

    How about Yoga by Cathe?

    Yes, I'd like to see a Cathe yoga workout too. In fact, now that I am practicing yoga daily and taking classes, many of the stretches Cathe uses are yoga poses already.
