    I'm a fan of Low Impact Cardio and Cardio and Weights. I like doing circuit workouts. I love LowMax too though. Sometimes I just want cardio, but mostly I like combining the step with weights.

    PUB/PLB

    If you just got your copy you should be able to find the premixes on the main menu of the dvd. I couldn't tell you off the top of my head what the premixes are. I enjoy PUB a lot but I don't like all the barbell changes in PLB. I've heard great things about people getting good results with these.

    Do I need HC Extreme?

    If you like the Hardcores and find them not too challenging then I'd get HCE. I myself can never get through them I find them so tough. I'm not in tip top shape right now anyway, but when I was I still found them to be extremely difficult.

    who has stretch max?

    I love stretch max and use it quite often. It's a nice total body massage after a hard workout. I also use it on Sundays (my rest day). I love using the band and the ball.

    More step work, no boxing

    I know Cathe mentioned at one point doing a boxing video and I really think I wouldn't like that. I'm not a big fan of kickboxing either. I love step work both with weights and without. Another Rhythmic Step would be great. My two cents.

    Anybody else love the Body Blast series?

    I love Body Blast, especially Step Blast. I consider these workouts high intermediate where her Intensities and Hardcores are advanced. They are definitely keepers in my book.
