    Core Max / Stretch Max

They are both worth the money. I like Imax2/Cardio and Weights, so that might be one you could think about. I'm not such a big fan of kickboxing though. I don't use Coremax on a regular basis, but I use stretchmax all the time.

    BM2 Abs

I just do baby rocket shoots. It'll get better.

    Drill Max vs Boot camp

Well, they are similar in that they alternate cardio and weights, but they are very different in terms of the moves they use in the cardio blasts. Drill Max seems to be to be a bit more athletic type cardio. I'm not sure how to explain the difference, but I will tell you that I find DrillMax to...

Low Max and Low Max Circuit

For me, Low Max is an advanced workout. I can't do it on an 8 inch step at all. On a 4 inch step it's doable for me. I find LIC to be more intermediate and I can do that one on a 6 inch step. 8 inches just seems to be too much for me. I'm not sure why.

    What's the point of blasts?

Cathe seems to think blasts are very important since she uses them in almost every workout. I'm just wondering what the goal is by using blasts? Why do them?

    4 Day Split Series Question?

I would probably do them consecutively and then do a couple of cardio workouts at the end of the week.

In need of advice on a step DVD to begin with.............

Imax2 came to my mind too and it's bundled with Cardio and Weights which I think also has easier choreography.

I need encouragement from someone who finally "got" IMAX3 after being really unfit.

RE: I need encouragement from someone who finally I consider myself to be in good shape (I ran 15 miles last weekend) but I do Imax3 on a 4 inch step and find the blasts to be very difficult to get through. I modify when I have to even if it's just marching in place. I'm the same way with...

    Buying 4 Day split / should I buy B&G ?

I'll enable you! B&G is a great lower body workout. It works the glutes harder than any of her other videos in my opinion

The more I see, the more I like!

I have no money so I'm going to have to wait until Christmas for these. I think they are going to be a blast!

    Doable Dancy!!!

It took me forever to learn the moves on LIC and BM2. I love a challenge!

    bad addiction

I bought all of Cathe's videos with the exception of a couple like the Classics in a couple of years. I got rid of all my other videos with the exception of P90X. None of the others compare. Now I've slowed down my spending especially because I'm training for a marathon and can't do Cathe's...

    Thoughts on Imax 2?

I think the Imax2 is the easiest of the Imax workouts but the most fun. It's a sweatfest and I feel great after doing it. Cardio and Weights is also a favorite. You can't go wrong with it.

Butt and Gut - of other lower body suggestions

I think this workout has a lot of unique moves in it and is pretty fresh compared to Cathe's other leg workouts. It has a high fun factor for me. It works the tush like crazy and the ab portion is great too. I did some of the floor work yesterday and the ab section and my abs are killing me...

    Looking for that *FUN FACTOR*

For me Cardio and Weights is the funnest video even though it's not the most difficult. It comes with Imax2 which is also one of the more fun workouts. I also like all step tapes like Rhythmic Step, LowMax and Step Blast.

    Circuit Workout

For me it's been DrillMax. I have a rather high dread factor for this workout.

    step complication

Rewind, rewind, rewind. That's what I did to learn the routines. I had an especially hard time with BM2 and LIC. I also have trouble with Rhythmic Step. Just keep trying and you'll get it eventually.

BODY MAX 2 KICKED MY GLUTES!

BM2 kicks my butt too. Really I love the step sections, hate the power segment and I'm always glad when we get to the upper body portion. I can do it on a 6 inch step, but it's taken me a while to get there. I'll never be able to do it on an 8 inch step (well, never say never). I can't help but...

    Body Blast Timesaver?

I rarely do the timesaver dvd. It isn't necessary unless you think you'll be crunched for time and can't do 60 minute plus workouts.

drill max vs butts and guts

Either workout has plenty of equipment. You need a step, dumbbells, a ball (for Drillmax) and a band. If you are looking for an equipment free workout, KickMax is a good choice. KPC uses a ball at the end for abs and uses a step and dumbbels for Legs and Glutes.
