    What did you learn about it? how is it going to work with lower body where you can't use heavy enough weights? I'm wondering if the rotations will include cardio days.

    How Do You Learn The Choreography?

    I rewind, redo, rewind, redo over and over until I get it. I lose effectiveness, but it's a challenge to get the footwork down so I can really work out hard. Also I keep my step low at first.

    Thoughts on Boot Camp?

    I didn't know that was Jai and Lorraine's husbands on the tape. How cool! I like Bootcamp and the time flies when I do it. Just like has been said here, you can do any cardio for one minute. I find the core work really challenging. I don't do this workout nearly enough. Missy

    I love Imax 3!

    I love Imax2 and have a love/hate relationship with Imax3. The blasts just kick my butt every time.

    Tried Muscle Max today

    The overhead presses are difficult for me, but not nearly as difficult as military presses are. I always use an 8 pound weight for military presses while I notice Cathe uses more like 15.

    Can you increase your step height and just do the step sequences and not the blasts?

    Salad ideas please!!!!!!

    I keep it simple but I like to add some shrimp in and use an Asian salad dressing. I also like spinach, bacon and hardboiled eggs with a sweet dressing.

    Just ordered Muscle Max!!

    It's my favorite all-over weight workout. I love it! I also love the premixes...the timesaver is a favorite.

    Body Max 2 on the way! Step choreography question.

    I'm very intermediate when it comes to complex choreography and I found that I had to go through BM2 several times to get the step work right. Once I learned it though, I think it's one of the more fun step routines. I also like how you can break BM2 into segments. I often do just the upperbody...

    Does B&G ever get any easier!

    I haven't had such a bad time with this workout although the floor work is what gets me. I have really weak outer thigh muscles and have a hard time getting through that part. I love this workout though, combined with the ab work it's just right.

    Basic Step DVD confusing!

    When I can't get her step work I rewind over and over again until I get it. It takes a long time, but that is what has worked for me. I'm still a klutz on Rhythmic Step but I don't do it enough to really have gotten it down.

    Weight work in Cardio & Weights

    This is one of my favorite workouts. The step portions are moderate intensity and then the weight work is as hard as you want to make it. I love the compound moves.
