Hi - I modify alot of high impact moves. When Cathe does tuck jumps - I ususally do a couple and then do plyo jacks. You could always do jump rope moves or a light jog in place, jumping jacks, shuffles with jabs. There's lots of ways to modify. Just be a little creative. I would say go for it...
