Circuit Max is the toughest and is very advanced, it really focuses on upper body toning. Bootcamp is also tough, but at least with Bootcamp you could eliminate some of the cardio sections if you want...

What YOU do is totally up to personal preference. Whichever order gets you through. For me this will always be cardio first. But really, I prefer separate cardio and weight days.

Actually, the choreography on the cardio workouts of CH are more simple and more athletic than the recent cardio routines, including Low Max. Low Max is tough, don't underestimate it. Definitely put it on your wish list for next purchase, but for now I reccommend going for the 3 in 1 DVD of CH...
Hit all the core work in the Intensity series. It works wonders for the obliques. Your waist might even thicken a littlew. I remember discuaaing this with others at the time of their release. Some of us reported this. So, the I series is effective for obliques.

I prefer to leave supplies to those who really need it: pregnant ladies, small babies, the elderly, hospital and medical staff.
