Well I have a stinkin cold, but I still want to work out...my question is would it be better to just do a just weight workout today and cardio tommorrow, or does it matter? I mainly have a stuffy head and nose, and I know once I start working out the nose is going to turn in to a leaky faucet...

Well I am fairly new to Cathe, and I just decided to try e-bay, after being somewhat frustrated with being outbid, I finally got the Rhythmic Step dvd with the other two workouts for 9.99 and the first Body Max dvd for 12.00. Anyway I thought those were great deals!! Lets just hope they...

I agree, I previously used my husbands playstation to play my dvds and did not understand the problems everyone was having, the Cathe cds did not skip or pause at all, I then bought a dvd player, and they skip, stop and pause all the time. I finally got what everyone else already knew>>>

Okay this probably seems like a stupid question, but I am pretty new to Cathe workouts on DVD, and basically have no idea how to utilize or really even know what premixes are all about. Please explain. Much Thanks...

Thanks for the replies. I actually have done both workouts with FitTv, of course the programs are cut, but with Imax 2 I still feel like I get a considerable workout (sometimes I have to stop and catch my breath on this one), yet with Cardio and Weights I feel like I could keep going, so anyway...

I was wanting to see if there was any way to purchase Cardio & Weights without Imax 2. Thanks for your help. Kelli
